We all mourn in different ways. Some silently and internally, others fervently and externally, but as long as you properly mourn, whether it be by yourself or with others, that’s the most important thing. Please take the time to properly mourning when you lose someone important to you. Don’t hold it in and try to claim that as strength. Let it out, confide in people you trust, and seek comfort when you are ready. Don’t be afraid to take time to yourself and retreat, as long as you don’t lose touch with reality. Above all else, Remember that healing comes from vulnerability.
